VAT ITALIA will be in charge for ongoing compliance support including management reporting and treasury services such as:
– bookkeeping;
– monthly management account;
– GL & PL, Balance Sheet processing and drafting;
– preparation of minutes for annual accounts approval meeting;
– electronic filing of annual accounts;
– calculation of taxes payable, preparation of calculation sheets and formalities for payment;
– preparation and electronic filing of tax returns;
– fixed assets management;
– certification for withholding tax returns;
– e-billing invoices;
– preparation and electronic filing of list of customers and suppliers (Spesometro, Esterometro);
– preparation and electronic filing of Intrastat on European exchanges of goods and services;
– preparation and filing of Chamber of Commerce documents, including annual fee calculation:
– give the management the calendar of the local tax obligation, inform management of any changes on this subject;
– reporting to the management: monthly sales report, monthly management P&L and B/S report, quarterly report of P&L and B/S, statistical inquiries;
– proceed to internal reconciliations with any group entities for intragroup invoices;
– treasury services such us: send list of accounts payables for approval to be paid; bank payments managements for vendor invoices and payroll payment, provide monthly cash flow reports;
– provide the management any information of explanation, in fluent English;
– e-mail, cloud service, web conference and/or telephone support.
The above mentioned services are meant to be provided to:
– non-resident foreign companies;
– foreign companies with permanent establishment or subsidiary in Italy.
Personnel administration
VAT ITALIA will be in charge for personnel administration such as:
– preparation and filling of the labor contracts, files and any necessary documentation for each employee;
– monthly processing of paychecks on formal pay slips using attendance information provided by the customer
– preparation of monthly forms for social security and tax payments;
– calculation of severance pay for terminations/resignations;
– payroll ledger and employee register support;
– processing of annual declarations.
The above mentioned services are meant to be provided to:
– non-resident foreign companies;
– foreign companies with permanent establishment or subsidiary in Italy.
